UNM Continuing Education’s Custom Training Program offers exceptional training services through our Workplace Learning and Performance Center. This Center is based on the latest research and benchmarking trends in the design and development of adult training and includes expert services in instructor-led training, blended instruction (both instructor-led and online), online instruction with digital media, on-the-job training, assessment and evaluation, and coaching, etc. Training programs created through the UNMCE Workplace Learning and Performance Center are designed in collaboration with your business or organization by our expert training professionals and instructional designers who have years of experience in creating state-of-the art training solutions. The programs we develop are based on content gathered from experts and include metrics that measure the amount of employee knowledge and skills gained from specific training programs.
