Volunteer Management Certificate

This training is designed to be relevant for coordinators with established programs as well as those in the process of creating new ones. Students will be introduced to best practices for volunteer management recruitment and motivation. Explore ways to enhance the capacity of your organization to recruit and maintain volunteers.
