Inventario de voces
Lugar: National Hispanic Cultural Center. Learning Room 125 – Education Building
Dirigido a: docentes de primaria y secundaria.

Límite: 20 estudiantes.
El taller pretende fomentar la creatividad vocal a través de propuestas de juego (trabajaremos la voz a través del cuerpo); ofrecer herramientas para trabajar la voz a la hora de hablar en público y narrar un cuento; trabajar de narración de historias (narraciones cortas: anécdotas, cuentos tradicionales); y presentar técnicas de oralidad a partir de las historias presentadas. Modo de trabajo: Participativo. El juego como herramienta de conocimiento. Teoría planteada siempre partiendo de la práctica.

This workshop intends to expand our vocal creativity through some games (we will work with our voice through our bodies); we will offer some tools to work with our voice when speaking in public or telling a story; and we will work on our story-telling techniques (short tales, anecdotes, fairy tales). We count on your active participation, we will use the game as a tool for learning and our theory will always be supported by practical exercises.

Primer seminario de auxiliares de conversación de Nuevo México

Dirigido a: Auxiliares de conversación en España en los últimos años, personas
interesadas en ir a España como auxiliar de conversación para los próximos años.
Facilitador: Fernando Martín
Admisión: Gratis.
Límite: 20 asistentes.
Este primer seminario tiene varios objetivos:
Los auxiliares retornados pueden compartir experiencias con los futuros auxiliares de conversación. El Centro de Recursos dará a conocer todos los programas del Ministerio de Educación de España para estadounidenses tanto en Estados Unidos como para ir a España. El Centro Español de Recursos ofrecerá información a los auxiliares retornados sobre posibilidades laborales en Nuevo México. Tendremos algún intercambio lingüístico interesante sobre argot español de España y el argot español relacionado con el mundo escolar.

This first Seminar has different goals:
The former language assistants can share experiences with the future language assistants. The Spanish Resource Center will present all the programs from the Ministry of Education of Spain for United States citizens. These are not only programs to go (study or work) to Spain but also the programs that can be enjoyed in the States. The Spanish Resource Center will offer some information about job opportunities for former language assistants. We will also have a linguistic exchange about Spanish slang and Spanish vocabulary regarding the School world.
