Online courses are available for every interest and budget. UNM Continuing Education partners with national leaders in the business of online education to offer a comprehensive library of practical, career enhancing courses available at your home or office desktop.
SkillSoft
SkillSoft provides comprehensive elearning content and technology products developed by content experts and educators in cooperation with industry leaders and professional organizations. SkillSoft’s learning solutions enhance the speed and effectiveness of formal and informal learning. Each SkillSoft self-study course can be started at any time. You can complete the course at your own pace. You can also use SkillSoft courses as personal tutor, returning to any portion of the course at any time to review information or refresh your memory.
Many SkillSoft courses are approved for professional credit through professional organizations such as Six Sigma and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Prices vary from $99 to $999 depending upon course content. Some courses may be purchased as separate modules.
Ed2Go
Ed2Go offers a wide range of interactive, low cost, instructor-led courses. A new section of each course begins each month. Courses last 6-8 weeks and are composed of 12 lessons representing 24 hour of instruction. A new lesson begins each Wednesday and Friday until the completion of the course. You can ask questions or receive advice any time during the course. Prices vary from $99 to $199 depending upon course content.
Gatlin
Gatlin programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, who provide an effective web-based learning experience. Instructor-mentors are actively involved in your online learning experience. They respond to any questions or concerns as well as encourage and motivate you to succeed. These courses are online open enrollment which means all of your lessons are always available to you; your class begins when you log in. Each course includes a set of lessons and evaluations; some courses include books. Grades are a combination or the instructor-mentor’s evaluation of students’ work and computer graded tests. You will have access to each course for up to six months. Each course varies in price from $1195 to $2495 depending upon the course content.

This nationally recognized Pharmacy Technician online certificate program teaches the skills needed to gain employment as a Pharmacy Tech in either the hospital or retail setting.
