We offer Apple Authorized Training for certification in Final Cut Pro, Motion and Logic Pro, Apple’s premiere video-editing and music production software. We administer exams for all Apple Certifications, including all Pro Apps, iLife and iWork, and Mac OS X exams.

This course acquaints the computer novice with basic computer terminology and essential Macintosh concepts in a relaxed setting. Get hands-on training in the basic functions of Macintosh's latest user-friendly operating system. Topics include filing system fundamentals, finder menus, window viewing options, the Dock and Toolbar, aliases, and an introduction to customization options. An overview of the iLife digital media programs will also show how easy and fun it is to work creatively with photos, music, movies and more on your Mac. Note: See Course Skills Assessment. Prerequisite: 54010 or equivalent experience.

54111 Mac Operating System Basics--Fast Track
Are your Macintosh skills a little rusty? Do you already know Windows and want to learn about the Macintosh? Or are you moving to OS X? At a faster pace, learn the basic functions of the latest Macintosh Operating System, how to customize its setup, and create and work with aliases. Work with the Dock, Finder, Apple Menu, and System Preferences. Learn about file management, built-in accessories, the Find utility and more. Prerequisite: A basic knowledge of any version of Macintosh OS or working knowledge of Windows.
