Working with our expert UNM CE Custom Training Program staff, we can co-create a Leadership University program for Executives, Managers, Supervisors, or Team Leaders. We will collaborate with your organizational team to select appropriate workshop topics for your employees.
EXECUTIVE Level (Global)
Topics and issues in Executive Leadership are identified by the executives themselves, and each seminar generally follows a dialogue format led by an expert UNMCE instructor/facilitator.

TEAM LEADER (Tactical)
Possible Topics: The Leader in Each of Us; Basic Principles For a Collaborative Workplace; Getting the Information You Need; Positive Responses to Change; Diffusing Emotionally Charged Situations; Proactive Listening; Helping Your Team Work; Making Meetings Effective. Possible topics may use AchieveGlobalTM curriculum.
