Training & Development Program Administrator

Under general supervision, plans, designs, develops and evaluates Professional Development customized courses and programs for UNM employees, government agencies and businesses in the Albuquerque and statewide area. Attends educational events, professional associations and user groups, and meets with business and community leaders to promote Continuing Education programs and services. Conducts needs assessments with prospective training clients to determine appropriate courses, programs or services. Writes proposals and contracts for training customers. Develops own customer base for customized training opportunities. Meets yearly financial goals. Manages the delivery of customized services including hiring an appropriate instructor, determining appropriate course materials. etc.
