Our wonderful yoga program is growing! Yoga is beneficial physically and mentally and alleviates all kinds of health conditions. There’s a greater selection in our Summer program, with new classes such as Sloga Yoga, Yoga for Grief, Yoga for Chronic Conditions and more.
