The schedules are convenient and the classes are affordable, and you can try something new without a long-term gym contract! We have a diverse range of classes with excellent instructors. Try something fun to improve your wellness! You can learn the ancient art of Qigong, become introduced to Reiki, or enjoy the fun of moving your body in a NIA class. Feldenkrais: Awareness through Movement shows you how to use your own nervous system to affect personal change.
