Calling all writers ages 10 - 17! Spend a day in the company of professional writers and publishers. Learn about writing and getting published.
Keynote presented by award-winning author-illustrator Betsy James. Workshops are hands-on and conducted by experienced writers in an intimate, encouraging environment. There will be opportunities for participants to share their work if they wish.
Choose from a variety of workshop topics, including how to:
• develop characters and dialogue
• write screenplays
• create and publish comic books
• write for newspapers
• revise and publish your work
