Gilda Latzky, long time professional caterer will show you how to give a party without being tied to the kitchen. Learn how to “be a guest at your own party” as you have time to enjoy the company of your guests and being an attentive host. We will discuss timing, logistics, garnishing and service, as well as produce a delicious menu in advance so you can enjoy the party. Note: A food fee of $12 will be collected at the start of the class meeting.
Gilda is an energetic person with an interesting and unusual background. She founded and ran her own business , The Epicurean Gallery, in New York City, where she taught French and Italian cuisine and baking for 27 years. Gilda moved to New Mexico “because she just couldn’t stay away,” and immediately attracted a following.
