A long history with cooking includes 27 years of teaching French and Italian Cuisine at The Epicurean Gallery, her own business in New York City. An unshakable longing for New Mexico brought her to the Southwest over 10 years ago, and she quickly attracted a following. Gilda’s lifetime of delight in cooking and teaching is shared with her students.

Tuesdays, 6-9 pm; now enrolling:

Demo and hands-on, high-altitude baking. Practice techniques and skills.

April 8: Quick and Easy Cooking
New Mexican flavors with a twist. Quick recipes to prepare; great for a family treat, or for entertaining.

April 22: A Repertoire of Sauces
Classic Bearnaise, Raspberry Mole, tomato, basil for pasta, Grand Marnier for dessert and many more.

April 29: Exploring the Cuisine of India
Learn about the spices and unusual ingredients in a delicious menu: Meat Curry, Mango Chutney and more!

May 6: How to Cater Your Own Party!
Professional caterer of many years experience shows you how to give a great party while enjoying it as a guest.
