Do you have a budding filmmaker under your roof?
Your teen can learn the skills to create their own short film or music video this summer at Film Fantasy Camp.
During the one-week sessions, held at Rio Grande Studios, 13 to 17 year-olds learn the in’s and out’s of film production including how to compose shots, basic lighting and grip techniques, how to shoot scenes, edit films and work together with a team.
The camp includes a behind-the-scenes visit to ABQ Studios and a screening of films for friends and family.
Camp Director John Grace is a master film teacher. His hands-on classes for adults are extremely popular and include many aspects of film and digital media.
One-week Film Fantasy Camp sessions are offered in June and July this summer. Tuition is $325 and includes all supplies and a DVD copy of each student’s original project.
