Part of the class is hands-on, as you learn how to install water-saving appliances and make a rain collection barrel.
This class is taught by Denise R. Wheeler, who teaches Basic and Intermediate Home Repair with the Personal Enrichment Program. Denise is the coordinator of CREW, or Community Renovation Empowering Women. This is a volunteer building group that works for agencies serving women and children in New Mexico.
