In partnership with Kaplan Schweser, the nation’s leading provider of financial planning and education materials, Continuing Education at UNM is proud to offer the Executive Certificate in Financial Planning, which has been approved by the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Board and which satisfies the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Board’s educational requirements.

Note: Although a Bachelor of Arts degree is required to sit for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam (CFP® Exam), participants may complete this requirement after completing this program.

Instructor Vicki Van Horn will tell you what is necessary to enter this exciting and lucrative field. All courses in the program are taught by local instructors versed in the New Mexico financial industry.
