To succeed as a digital artist today, you must have an understanding of the legal principles and issues that affect your business. Gain the tools to recognize legal problems and address them appropriately. Topics include model releases, censorship and obscenity, contract principles, copyright issues, business formation, what happens when you sue (or get sued), determining when you need a lawyer, and more.
