Take the 90 hours of classroom instruction required to qualify for a New Mexico Real Estate Broker’s license. By law, broker candidates must complete 90 hours of classroom instruction, including 30 hours each in Basic Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practice, and Broker Basics.

Books and materials are included in your tuition!
